This ensures your hair remains healthy while we work towards your dream result together. A $75 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your consultation. If you choose not to proceed with a service or cancel your appointment, this fee is non-refundable and covers the time reserved for you. If you do decide to move forward with a colour service, the $75 will be credited towards your next appointment.
